Graterol has a good arm, of course, but he has a career fWAR of 1.6 and bWAR of 0.9, so it's not like Bloom passed on a guy who's killing it. It amuses me how notin never fails to mention him. We all have our little obsessions.

Good signing or bad?
I figure Foulke's arm was destroyed in the 2004 postseason. In Games 4-6 of the ALCS he threw 100 pitches over 3 nights, in cold weather. Pitchers aren't really supposed to do that.
He was worth every penny regardless.
