  1. My comments were so 2 days ago. This team does indeed keep bouncing back, which is great to see.
  2. If we are .500 in Pivetta's starts, that's a good thing. His record with the Sox is indeed 22-22.
  3. Since that first start, in 20.1 IP, Crawford has a nifty K/BB of 18/0. Honestly didn't know he was capable of being that good.
  4. Crawford has been phenomenal since his first game. No way should he be sent down.
  5. And interpret as we see fit.
  6. They did also sign those extensions with Sale and Bogey. You could tell JH was putting on the clampers a bit because of the tax situation, since DD didn't replace Kimbrel or Kelly.
  7. Man, we really like to make these guys out as stooges sometimes.
  8. Gausman would have been a great signing. Easy to say from the armchair, of course.
  9. He can probably make ends meet with $331 million though.
  10. I don't disagree with you. At the same time, I don't think it's really fair to dismiss the Devers extension as "something they had to do". Have to give them credit for doing the right thing there.
  11. Power rankings are probably the most worthless metric ever, which is saying something.
  12. Love the last one.
  13. Agreed. And it was to be expected that if he did get it back, it wouldn't be right away.
  14. Right on cp. Sometimes it's nice to just appreciate a player.
  15. Well, that's sort of a relief LOL
  16. Check that - starter/reliever. Almost like I jinxed the guy.
  17. He meant the Vazquez trade was a good trade.
  18. Most people who post here are old...patience is a relative virtue.
  19. Pretty sure it's more balanced than any schedule in baseball history.
  20. He didn't end his career with us injured. He started games 156 and 161 last year.
  21. The thing about Nate is, when he's on, he's about as good as anyone in the game.
  22. Positive thoughts!
  23. The Sox did win series against Minnesota and Milwaukee. And we're 3-3 vs. Baltimore. So it hasn't been all weak sisters we've beaten.
