Seriously, WTF is the idea of going after a solid poster like Jack Flap who no one has ever had any issues with.
Yeah, anyone who ever posted on another forum is a POS, I guess.
There's been talk about Machado getting a deal in the same range as Bryce Harper. But his OPS+ this year was an unimpressive 107.
Wouldn't be surprising to see him have a big walk year, though.
The surgeries thing was wacky but whatever it was about, he had nothing to gain by it and it's ultimately irrelevant.
Back before the internet we would never even know about something so trivial.
Here is a good thread to read about it and talk about it on:

Matsui was a very good hitter, I think that's the most accurate statement.
With a .933 postseason OPS and World Series MVP, you might even be able to make an argument for him being clutch.
You are a joker Larry.
This Ohtani kid is a totally different dude. It was the Yankees that really had their heart set on him and he said no thanks. I'm sure we had even less chance than they did.
What about pitchers though? There's been nothing about Darvish or Arrieta or Cobb or Shaw either.
I think something's going on more than just waiting for Stanton. Could be wrong of course. Maybe the floodgates are about to open.
It is crazy quiet in the free agent market. Not even a good rumor! Like I said before, I think Boras is just about to make a speech on 'What the hell is going on here?'
