    Nope. They have Youk, Repko, Shoppach and Spears in the bench. They were only carrying three bench players when they were carrying 13 pitchers. There was just no need to substitute Ross in that situation. He's not as slow as it's being said here. It was simply a perfect throw with a FB right down broadway that Sweeney should have caught up to.

    This is all very subjective, and honestly, a lot of conjecture. How do we know it's concentration and not overall wildness? Also, how do we know it's not an issue with finishing off hitters without having a reliable third pitch? It's almost impossible to come to reasonable conclusions watching these games on tv.

    92.4 was the top speed FYI, so you're right. I must have glanced over it and seen 93.4 instead of 92.4. Higher than 91 anyways. Also, brooks baseball IS PitchFx. PitchFX is just the name of the tool developed by them iirc.
