Probably none, given the fact that Sanchez was pedestrian (and missed nearly a full season with elbow injuries) considering he pitched in the NL East and was outperformed by Beckett in most of the years he was under Marlins control anyways. Hanley ended up imploding in Miami. What makes you think he could've handled the Boston spotlight?

Not initially, no. The reason the Sox were eventually willing to part with Hanley was his character, which clearly was (and is) lacking. Also, no Beckett and Lowell, no 2007 WS. It's that simple.
