That's because it's the 12th game of the season. By this time, a bunch of scrubs are leading the league in a bunch of categories, while a bunch of established superstars are sucking ass. You know why? Because 12 games are indicative of nothing. This rotation is not going to be very good, but it's not this bad either.
The problem is how goddamn much you've been whining even way before the season started. If they pitch a good game "it's early in the season" if they suck "I knew this would happen". Give it a rest. At the 1/3 point of the season we'll have a better idea of where they really stand, and what they need to do. So will other teams, and it's much more likely that pitching will be available by then.
If someone stunk, they stunk, we all vent, on to the next game, no need for a constant whining barrage.
