Bourjos.
An OF of Trumbo, Hunter, Bourjos/Wells would've been fine. Trout is a great player, but the Angels would have been okay without him. The Tigers would have finished last without Miggy.
He's a guy I'd be willing to send Bogaerts, Barnes, AND Bradley for, along with another prospect of their choice. He's what, 23? That type of talent doesn't come around very often.
Also, the Blue Jays just signed Melky.
The Angels would've been fine without Trout. That team was stacked. Their struggles in April weren't due to Trout not being there, they were due to nobody else on the team hitting.
I was just reading that Cherington expects the Sox to be among the highest payrolls in 2013. I think he's got a few deals he's working on that are going to blow us away.
I'd love to see Greinke signed along with a trade for Choo and Masterson.
Sign Napoli as 1B/C
Trade Ellsbury + a prospect or 2 for Andrus
Trade Salty away and let Lavs/Ross/Napoli split catching duties
Try to bolster the pen

I bought a house July 31, then 2 weeks later my wife and I separated and she took my daughter back to Syracuse with her. So in order to keep busy, I've been going to the gym and lifting heavy things and putting them back down. Also taking 1 online course at a time and working 56 hours a week leaves me absolutely no time to do anything. I do lurk though.
Pagan is going to get somewhere in the neighborhood of 4/50 according to Buster Olney. For that kind of money, I'd look into Michael Bourn or Melky Cabrera
Haren would be my first choice. I'm on the fence with Greinke, he's a great pitcher, but I think a small market team like Pittsburgh should open the coffers for him. He'd be perfect there.
Scutaro is alright, but he's been even worse this season than he was last year. People overlook the horrible 1st half he had with Colorado. What he's doing in SF is absolutely not an indicator of future success. I'd still rather have Iggy in the every day lineup. Omar Vizquel had a .534 OPS in his age 22 season, which was his first. Iglesias has a .514 OPS so far in limited time. Why is everyone giving up on him when he has plenty of room to grow?
And they're both very young with very little experience. Not everyone comes up and hits like a Mike Trout or Alex Rodriguez. Rookies often struggle.
