    The Red Sox Roller-coaster Season continues. Fantastic effort tonight by the Sox, props to Cook for keeping the ball down so far, and hooray for performing at your best in your HOMETOWN!!

    Clearly this is the .500 team we all know they are. 4 or 5 game win streaks followed by losing streaks. I mean, c'mon. Lester gives us 8ip 3er and we can't do s*** to help him out. Tomorrow we'll score 7 but allow 9. Then we'll score 9 allow 0. Then allow 9 and score 1. Up down down down up up down down up up up down down down down down.... .500 TEAM!

    Biggest concerns: Lester has been atrocious at home. Beckett is out of shape. Red Sox SHOULD be guaranteed 2/4 but I hope they can muster three or the sweep!

    I wouldn't be shocked if in reality Beckett just wanted to get out of that situation cause he didn't want to deal with it and "coincidentally" got injured. OH WELL.

    Winning two series is fantastic. That's the kind of baseball we need. Sweeping the twins would be top notch but 2/3 is what we NEED.

    Buchholz will be fine. Solo shot is bound to happen and Buch looked great the rest of the inning, he stranded the runner. I don't think Tigers will score again.

    trying to dump Beckett? weird. I'd keep him if there was no value in the return. Not worth pulling another Youkilis "trade" IMO.

    Buchholz is dominant! I foresee a win. :thumbsup: If anyone hits off him, I hope it's a solo shot by Prince b/c he's on my fantasy team.

    I hope Ciriaco has earned a larger portion of the SS platoon. Aviles defense needs to sit on the bench for a while. Ciriaco can obviously hit the ball now & then but his defense could (does) help our poor pitching. Would love to see Beckett turn it around today against Verlander. Happy to see him get involved last night and defend his team but then again maybe he was bored and just wanted an excuse to get out of there, haha.
