    Beckett has also been striking out batters at a good rate. Less walks and no home runs in a long f***ing time. Maybe if the offense gave him some run support and maybe if his first innings were better... Beckett is not as bad as reactionary Boston is making him out to be. But He is NO ace for sure.

    Buchholz! Definitely! You forget that Felix is owned by another team. They have to agree to trade Felix, too. Plus, doesn't it feel like FO is going to do nothing for the deadline? It does to me. Felix is a dream boyboy.

    Beckett still has given 10 quality starts in 16 try's and has a good FIP. He just has 1st inning issues that demoralize the team, apparently, and then no one hits the ball. Beckett gets horrid run support, where as Doubront averages 8.0 runs of support each outing. Bad 1st innings & bad luck for Beckett. I bet he won't be traded either.

    Dempster supposedly will be traded today. I don't know much about Garza, what kind of pitcher he is besides having a fiery temper. But since he has AL experience he could be good for us but if the Red Sox don't acquire him I won't be upset. I just hope Lester turns it way the f*** around. Also, King Felix is a dream. Can't see that happening in Cherries first year.

    Oakland won last night but what's so weird is I think I would have preferred the Yanks to win since Oakland is leading us in the WC and the ALEast is all but clinched by the Yanks.
