  1. Btw I think you can download a software (I do not remember the name, let me check out) in order to change your IP and avoid blackouts.
  2. When you say MLBN you mean MLB.TV?. Since I live in Mexico I never experiment blackouts on MLB.TV or on sky when I buy the 'Extra innings' package. Not sure whe Kimi lives, but you are right, you have to check out your blackout conditions.
  3. Tomo is scheduled the Sox game on MLB.TV among 4 other games Kim.
  4. Seems like this year is going to be really competitive. Is the draft going to be on April 2 at 12:00 or at what hour is it set?
  5. LOL! Great to hear. Keep us informed, as always.
  6. I just bought MLB.TV but it isn't broadcasting Today's Sox games. Hopefully they transmit some SOX ST games there. Btw Ted, Did you make the trip this year?
  7. I think ESPN is seeding us at 10.
  8. Hi MVP, yeah, I think that's the way I see the team.
  9. 85-89. Still I do not see enough pitching to be a real contender, but hopefully they make a move at some point.
  10. Well, I'm giving them a D because the corners. Panda and Hanley sound scary to me. Also Pedroia seems like a injury prone player moving forward and XB is not that good at D, so a D or at best a C is what a I see right now.
  11. Well, this is how I see my team. Power B Getting on base. B Starting Pitching. C Relief Pitching B Infield defense D Outfield defense A Position player depth C Management C Farm System B
  12. Well, I haven't had the opportunity to read the threads in last couple months or so but IMO I like what DD has done so far. Not sure about Price's contract but it is what it is. Still I think we need another SP. We have an ace surrounded by a bunch of No. 4s-5s, so a guy like Cuero or Kazmir would be a perfect fit in our team and to call it great offseason.
  13. Seems like landing Hamels wouldn't have been a bad idea after all.
  14. Congrats my friend. You really earned it. You managed your team very good. Adam did a terrific work all year long too. Congrats to him too.
  15. Tomo Lackey vs Lester. I still can't believe we let them walk, just like that. It will very fun to watch. I will root the Cubs in that game and for the rest of the POs. I like their fans.
  16. Believe it or not, most of the times I do not post in game threads when he pitches haha. Said that and to be fair, he has been way better since he hit the DL. It is going to be interesting to see what kind of pitcher he is going to be in 2016.
  17. The line after the 6-0 was at +2500 for the NYY. I should have bet, dammit!
  18. Yup. Hopefully DD cleans Cherington's mess.
  19. I was referring to the major legue moves/ team-building. As I said, the new GM is not going to make the calls. He is going to make the paper work for DD, in whatever subject he demands in order to make the decisions.
  20. GMs are becoming coffee boys. In Boston the new GM is gong to be puppet (like Cherington) , DD (like Luchino) is the one who is going to make the calls, for good or for bad. Said that, It's irrelevant who takes the position.
  21. 2013 was a fluke year. I already rest my case. If you want to think that it is was because a good strategy, it is up to you. The funny thing is that BC had the opportunity to assamble a competitive pitching staff, and he preferred to go with a bunch of No. 5s. Even a 5 YO boy knew that this was going to be a very unbalanced team. It is going to take time to assamble a good pitching staff. Build a roster with a bunch of No.4-5s is easy, mostly when you overpay.
  22. Probably he will be fine on tv. As a GM? He needs to get more experience. I do not think he wants vacations, he wants a new job. As a GM is going to be tough right now (unless he becomes a puppet again). Probably he will develop his professional career in other positions very well, and someday become a GM again.
  23. We need a GM who knows how to assemble a team that can be competitive for 162+ games, not only a month. Even s***** teams (like us) have a good month. Let's not fool ourselves, This team has been a disaster for a while (3/4 years), reason why Cherington is out. He had to go. I feel confident now, at least DD has a superior profile by far as GM. Hopefully he can clean BC's mess.
  24. Taking vacations instead of taking a new Job? Is he 65+ YO or something? He looks younger Haha. This is getting ridiculous. Let's face it. He is a nobody. He was just the LL's puppet in Boston. I really really doubt that he becomes a GM in the near future.
