    I say f*** the Devil Rays because I think it was really f***ing stupid to rename them just because of all of the f***ing idiot Southern Baptist hypocrites. I can see changing the name of the Capital Bullets to Wizards for obvious reasons. Even if I think Wizards is really a lame ass name for any pro team. So f*** the Devil Rays.

    This is a childish response. Yes, User is a friend of mine. That does not mean that I approve of everything he says and does on this board. I chose to discuss whatever I see fit with him in private conversations off line. I chose to speak to you in thread today because it is topical and it appeared that you were blaming me for something that I did not do ( criticize Fred's label of the under performing veteran players ). I don't care to become further involved with this crap. If you wish to act like children then have at it.

    Here is a novel idea. How about just taking the high road and refuse to become involved with the discord if you find it so distasteful? You were back from your vacation to the Right Coast only a couple of days when you stuck your beak into something that did not involve you. Further, you made incendiary comments about at least one of "us" that were completely off base. Far be it from me to be the voice of reason and maturity. I poke fun at others and call people out too. But I never do it with malice. That is the key. If you don't like somebody here just don't get into it with them. My bad ex-wife ( the Russian "suka" ) used to say "Do not touch the s*** and you will not smell like the s***". Jeez, I never thought that I would quote that bitch. But what she said is applicable here. Just let that s*** go.

    I wish that I could answer any of these questions. Kelly says he lost command of his fastball when he tried to be too "fine" with it. He said that he had to just throw it down the middle when this happened because he could not hit the corners. I don't know why some adjustment could not have been made, say, throw other pitches? The short starts are discouraging. All the high ERAs in the rotation are worrisome. I can just say that it is still early at this point. Things have a chance to get better. I am also worried about the sputtering offense. Take away all of the unearned runs and this offense really has not done much yet. I can see the offense correcting itself. The pitching? Oye. By the way, I usually use "sucks pond water" and "sucks donkey dicks". That is why I got a kick out of what you said.
