    It will be interesting to see if and when the FO pounces on any rotation talent. So far they seem to be sticking to their guns.

    I agree completely. He made himself serviceable eventually. His Wife Tracey was a costumer of mine. I never met him, though. She was nice.

    It's been interesting. The Yankees and Devil Rays have been winning with offenses that did not exist. It is still very early to draw many solid conclusions. But it is a good story.

    But you too have seen some very free spending in this regime too. They have been throwing gobs of money around especially if you incorporate the sunk costs of the Dodger deal.

    I've been pretty impressed with the way Hannigan has played. His play behind the plate has been very good and he seems to get on base regularly despite a low BA. I've also been impressed with Ogando. I was against this signing at first because of his suspect health. He has, for the most part, been pretty good.

    He's doing what is expected of him. Hit the baseball. I'll reserve calling this the best signing of the off season until the season is over.
