  1. Ted Sarandis? Is he still around?
  2. f*** ESPN.
  3. This is about how I feel. No Sox player has come close to replicating Yaz' 1967. That was magical.
  4. Sure is. I just wonder about the root cause for loss of velocity. If he is healthy, and his velo does not return, I think that he is good enough to be very productive because of his smartz. Sort of like Pedro. But I am concerned about him losing 4-5 MPH.
  5. I've liked him for several years and am not surprised that he is doing as well as he is. Except possibly with the bat. I think he has taken almost everyone by surprise with is approach and production. All Star voting is a f***ing joke. It's worse than Gold Glove. Even if Shaw is raking as the ASG approaches, I bet he does not make it. Especially with Donaldson doing his thing with the Jays. Maybe a reserve? I would not bet on it.
  6. With your complexion I bet your skin responds to a lot of Sun like mine. I flambe, not tan. Is the beer any good? And have you smoked any cigars? They are supposed to be pretty good around the Tampa area. Of course if you do smoke cigars, you can forget about kissing your Wife!!!
  7. This thread has fostered some really thoughtful comments, yours included. I was going to simply post that I believe that the best QB ever was Marino regardless of what rings Brady has accumulated. That's just my opinion. And I doubt anyone here would tell you that I am stupid. f***ed in the head, maybe. But not stupid. What prompted me to post is your comment about Mantle. Like yourself, I have no love for the Yankees or even anything related to NYC. Mantle was a 5 tool player before the term was being used. He was f***ing incredible. I only got to see him after his knees were completely shot. Which sucks because he had close to world class speed, I believe, when he came up. Of course it is pretty sad that he destroyed his life with booze. For those who have never seen Mantle play or for whatever reason are not familiar with his game ( when healthy ), he had all the tools. Think Griffey Junior before his knees went. Anyway, good posts Kingface.
  8. Lol. Or you are suffering from Sun Stroke!
  9. Lol. It's now raining in NA. I bet Mansfield is wet, too.
  10. Amen to that Bro. Besides, why f*** up what is not broken now?
  11. Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!1!!1!!!
  12. Boy. You are making friends all over the place.
  13. Then you can ad in his IQ which is probably under 100.

I like the way that Knucklers have a fraternity.

Lol. On a personal level I have admired Dickey. He has an interesting history, if not a UCL. But you are correct, Mets got the better of the deal from what I see.
  16. I am devoutly heterosexual. But I have rarely understood the fascination with a pair of tits. Give me a woman with a pretty face, a nice ass, and a highly functional brain.
  17. Will they check Pineda for foreign substances? GO SOX!!1!!!1
  18. Hahahahahaha!11!1

I still get a mild chubbie watching that Thor Kid Sindergard or whatever pitch. Nasty, nasty, nasty. Love to see him in a Sox uni. One can dream.
  20. Who knows? Really, who knows. It has been clear for several years that he has "the stuff", that his "Stuff is good" and all that. I have always considered him a lunkhead. Maybe that is not fair or accurate. He just seems to zone out or act lost on the mound. Maybe I am imagining this? One game he will have wipe-out stuff and dominate. Then he will get pounded early in his next start and be pulled after 4 innings or such. There must be a reason why his is inconsistent. Your idea is as valid as any.
  21. Welcome Dude or Dudette.
  22. I'm not worried about the money at all. I was not in favor of having him pitch here for any amount. It has been time to move on from this guy for quite a while. He is not reliable. And his net production could be found somewhere, I believe.
