    I don't see them yanking around Yorke at this point. His glove puts him at 2B only and that would limit Valdez' playing time. Lugo is hitting 637 in AA as he hasn't been able to hit the velo at AA. Moving him up to AAA wouldn't help him at all (career low OBP of 253). No chance is Lugo promoted unless they are done with him as a prospect.

    @SPChrisHatfield The WooSox now have 11 position players, with Enmanuel Valdez and Nick Sogard dinged up as well. They'll need some help there. Might be a good time for the Ceddanne Rafaela move that was probably coming soon anyway. Could see Tyler McDonough going too as short-term depth.

    June has been Walter's best month so far at AAA: 17K, 4 BB He still doesn't look like the pitcher they wanted him to be though. Not every 6 ERA guy can get promoted and pitch well like Murphy did.

    @jcmccaffrey Red Sox announce they acquired RHP Tayler Scott from the Dodgers, in exchange for cash considerations. To make room for Scott on the 40-man roster, the club transferred RHP John Schreiber to the 60-Day IL. Schreiber landed on the IL May 16 so he’s eligible to return July 15

    Dalbec is 5 years older. That's not slightly older. He's in his prime, stuck in AAA, has been on the trading block and nobody else has wanted him.     His numbers looked really good so it was interesting to see an unheralded guy really pop up this year. I don't pay attention to everyone.
