    The only thing about DiceK is that he may thrive with BV and a higher pitch count. It's hard to really say. If he's near 100%, I'm all in on him as a SP. If he's only 75%, it's a crapshoot. He has the stuff, he just needs to be able to throw the way he wants to/needs to.

    And you still aren't. The only thing they did was thought "this guy doesn't have the balls to be a closer. He wants to start. He has dominant stuff. If it translates to a SP role, he could be a 2nd-3rd starter. (which has more value than a setup guy)" They never said "let's go out and actively hurt Bard" in a comic evil genius voice. If they knew Bard would basically lose 8mph on his FB, they wouldn't have moved him. Everyone on here wanted a FA SP. No one expected the 4-5 would be Dubs AND Bard. Trying to make Bard a SP wasn't the mistake. The mistake was not signing Buehrle or some else.
