    This is closer to what my overall feeling is. Should the Sox spend their way out of the 2011 mess? Probably not, but paring payroll after a shitstain of a season comes across as cheap. If people tuned out in 2010 when the injury bug hit, just wait until a midyear swoon in 2012 ( if one happens). The sellout streak will look more ridiculous with 4,000 no shows.
