    Clark created a pretty big PR fiasco for the Giants and then backtracked on what he told Flemming. Now he's pissed at Flemming. Clark has always been a dumb blowhard. Flemming just carries water for the FO. Both Wills just need to shut the hell up IMO.

    BsR (Base Running Runs Above Average): Number of runs above or below average a player has been worth on the bases, based on stolen bases, caught stealing, extra bases taken, outs on the bases, and avoiding double plays. It is the combination of wSB, UBR, and wGDP.

    That's just semantics IMO. You use prospects to supplement the MLB roster or acquire MLB talent. He just let the well run dry for one great run. By not maintaining the farm with new additions, he decimated the farm. He traded, but never reloaded.

    I don't know about crazy eyes stats, but I can find an angry lizard stat. He's 2nd in MLB in BsR the past three seasons. That has a lot of value for a team that wants to put pressure on the opposition.

    The problem with DD is that he traded a lot of guys and really wasn't able to add as much back on a year to year basis. For example, the Sox system was ranked bottom 5 in almost every publication in 2020 AFTER the Mookie trade when they added Wong and Downs (ranked top 50).

    I think they need to trade SOMEBODY in the OF/DH just because the roster doesn't make a lot of sense right now. I don't really have a preference between Abreu and Duran. If Anthony can stick in RF, it makes the loss of Abreu an easier pill to swallow. I'd move whoever brings me the better return.

    In general, it was the constant inability to make decisive moves that led to his ouster. I think they liked the direction he was pushing the org, but he just hemmed and hawed too much with the MLB roster for their liking.
