  1. Except there were a lot of boners when talking about Curt Schilling's notebook. Little did we know that he was just working on new D&D characters.
  2. I think this seems like the optimal lineup for next year as well. Really like Benintendi hitting 2nd too.
  3. Yankees had a complete fire sale at the deadline. Against all reason, Girardi has helped to keep his team competitive. Number of last place finishes: Girardi - zero Farrell - two If Farrell wins another WS, I'll give him the edge of Girardi.
  4. Max, I too hate the O's more than the Yanks.
  5. @peteabe 11 straight games for Porcello with at least 7 IP and no more than 3 ER. Last Sox pitcher to do that? Pedro in 2000.
  6. Porcello sux. He'll never have an ERA under 4 again. 2014 was an abberation!
  7. Empty stadium deserves Betts HRs.
  8. You won't be alone the first few weeks of college. You'll be with thousands of other kids happy to be away from home and looking to make new friends.
  9. http://www.accounting-degree.org/best-undergraduate-accounting-programs-in-ma/ At one of my old firms, they hired a guy from BC and he was the dumbest person ever. Bentley is ranked as the greatest accounting school in the nation, apparently. At the end of the day, the name on the degree probably doesn't matter much anymore. You're good to go as long as you can pass the CPA.
  10. You'll make new friends no matter where you go.
  11. Things are well here. If you are still in public accounting, having additional kids will be a driving factor for you to go private. My life got a lot easier once I got out of that churn and burn world.
  12. That was the beginning of the season, no? He still wound up playing out of his mind and leading the Dodgers from last place to the playoffs.
  13. Ramirez looks like Cal Ripken compared to Buchholz. Hanley has had a 41 WAR career so far. Buchholz is at 14.
  14. Based SFF. Hope your family is well.
  15. If your point is "in 2011 and 2015 he was injured. HE MAY GET INJURED AGAIN!" I guess I'd have to shrug and agree with your assertion?
  16. Also, this is his 2012 line: 24 hr, 92 rbi. I thought you liked his RBI numbers? That season seems fine to me.
  17. http://www.fangraphs.com/statss.aspx?playerid=8001&position=SS Moon, where did you get your PA stats for? They don't agree to what is shown on Fangraphs.
  18. https://www.newsreview.com/sacramento/on-why-fewer-black-youth/content?oid=20556458 How much money are they really pumping into it though, especially when focusing on American inner cities?
  19. Ockimey ranked 108 = garbage rankings
  20. Hanley sux. No power. We should have traded him this year before he won the Yankees series single handedly.
  21. The Sox have a better team, the yanks have a better manager.
  22. Well, AGon was suppsed to be a monster at Fenway due to his spray chart...
  23. Kimbrel is great. You need to realize this!
  24. There are idiot racists everywhere, unfortunately.
  25. But what if he stinks mext year and we realize we should have traded him this year PRIOR TO HIS HOT STREAK?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
