  1. Moon is nontendering him.
  2. Verdugo looks bad in the OF this year.
  3. And that's just in 5 years. It's an amazing run of posting, really. His posts per day is probably unmatched. Is at close to the top for words per post as well.
  4. ERod pitches to contact now. Need their best fielding lineup out there. Santana is better than Verdugo in CF. Per UZR/150, JD is better than Verdugo in LF.
  5. You get credit for this one.
  6. This is a phony argument you are trying to make.
  7. "I would have gotten away with it to if it wasn't for you meddling 2013 Red Sox."
  8. 1. Hunter Renfroe RF 2. Kyle Schwarber DH 3. J.D. Martinez LF 4. Rafael Devers 3B 5. Bobby Dalbec 1B 6. Christian Vazquez C 7. Danny Santana CF 8. Jack Lopez 2B 9. Jonathan Arauz SS
  9. Sox DRS in CF: Kiké 11 Santana 0 Renfroe 0 Verdugo -4 Duran -6 When Kiké comes back, he must be the fulltime CF.
  10. This debate is like saying "maybe the windmills Quixote was fighting were actually real life dragons." No, there's no debate. Sorry you big phony. You're probably being a phony right now trying to stir me yup because everyone knows that Pedro shouldn't have gone back out there.
  11. Well, now I know you are a big phony. I can't take anything you say seriously.
  12. Pedro thought he was done. You could see that in real time when they were showing the dugout.
  13. I was watching the game at my favorite bar and a random guy I had chatted up just started yelling "why are they bringing Pedro back out?" It was obvious to many people that Pedro shouldn't have gone out again.
  14. Nobody on here would debate it.
  15. Seems like a pretty cool guy. From the TS archives prior to the 2013 season: Welp, I guess you can't be right about everything!
  16. I'm sorry, but if you believe 1986 was Buckner's fault, you don't know much about baseball. If you think it was fine that Pedro was left in there too long, you weren't watching that game. If you are a Grady Little supporter, I will never find common ground with you.
  17. I'm sorry that Softlaw treated Hugh in this manner. Unforgivable.
  18. @IanCundall Red Sox SS Marcelo Mayer hit his 3rd home run of the FCL season today. He is now hitting .309/.415/.545 in 65 PA and has had multiple hits in three straight games. Seems like Bloom can draft a little bit.
  19. Are your nopes disagreeing with me?
  20. 1. Pedro Martinez is the greatest Red Sox pitcher of all time. 2. David Ortiz is the most clutch Red Sox hitter of all time. 3. Dwight Evans should be in the Hall of Fame. 4. Koji's 2013 was the only time a Sox fan could be calm when a closer came in. 5. Ownership doesn't know s*** about PR, but they brought us 4 WS titles. 6. Tito was the greatest Sox manager of all time. 7. It wasn't Buckner's fault. 8. Angel Hernandez shouldn't ever ump another game. 9. Wakefield should never have been in the position to give up the Boone HR. 10. Shoot Grady Little into the sun.
  21. Are we talking about Yorke or Mayer? I think Yorke can get to BOS very quickly.
  22. The whole premise could be a horror movie, but instead it was directed by the guy who did Princess Diaries, Runaway Bride and had Fonzie jump a shark.
  23. Not a starter on 4/1, but maybe a starter on 9/1 if he continues to improve his power.
  24. The Bloom connection is that Motter was with the Rays org from 2011-16. His 1279 OPS in AAA this year is hilarious.
  25. A cruel but beautiful heiress mocks and cheats a hired carpenter. When she gets amnesia after an accident, he decides to convince her they're husband and wife. Yeah, I don't think Hitchcock would have signed off on the mini-golf ending.
