    Only 7 relievers had worse BB/9 than that last season > 30 IP. The last time Guerrero was in MLB was 2019. Not sure there is much there TBH.

    They moved ARod to 3b because Jeter was selfish and wouldn't move for the better defender.

    They moved Rafaela because of bad roster construction and injuries that gave him no other option. If there weren't injuries to the MIF, Rafaela wouldn't have left CF. It was either that or play a guy who could barely OPS 700 in AAA.

    97% of his time was spent at 2b or SS. He really wasn't a super utility guy like Brock Holt. I think he just moves guys around that aren't good enough to play one position fulltime.

    No, he was always a pretty bad SS. By '21, they were moving him elsewhere because the defense just wasn't a good fit even at age 22.

    I think Anthony would be fine as an everyday RFer. I don't think he'd be great long term in CF. For a day or two? Ok.

    If Duran is the truly the 4th OFer, you just have him fill in wherever and leave the other guys alone.

    They also had Abreu play LF. Think they are just moving guys around because it's ST. Also can't hurt to have him get reps just in case he does have to run out to RF in an emergency situation.

    Tayron Guerrero has a big arm, but really bad control. Has never had a full season ERA below 5 at AAA. He's already 35.

    In his professional career, Rafaela has never been placed on the IL. More likely that Roman or Wilyer needs time off this season.

    If he is playing mainly DH, his value will tank even further than it did last offseason.

    No way is he getting an extension. They are just going year to year with him now. He'll be 32 at the end of his BOS control. No reason to give him any more years right now.

    I don't like it, but if the schedules are balanced going forward, it doesn't make a difference. I'd rather they go back to the strict AL/NL split and two East and West divisions.
