    In the regular season, that means absolutely nothing in the NBA. Didn't the Celtics and IT have the best record in East all year and get absolutely destroyed by Cavs in playoffs? Didn't Raptors have one seed this year? Blazers 3 seed and Beat GSW twice in regular season? Warriors are one of the greatest teams ever assembled, they won a playoff series without a guy whose won two MVPs for them, and had him come off bench in 2nd round. The Cavs last year with Lebron, Kyrie and Love, only beat the Warriors once in 5 games. Neither of these teams are as good as Cavs were last year. Warriors in 6 at most, vs whichever team they play.

    He's too hot at the plate to bench right now unfortunately. We can't have another automatic out in the lineup with a lot of guys in the lineup really struggling. But he does need to get his head out of his ass. That base running play was seriously one of the dumbest I've ever seen.

    What in the hell is Beni doing there? That was seriously one of the dumbest base running plays of the season, and we've had some dumb ones.

    Yeah, that definitely wasn't a tank job. That team was just bad, and killed by injuries.

    Carson Smith hurt his arm throwing his glove in the dugout after he left the game yesterday. "It's unfortunate," Dave Dombrowski said. No timetable. Went for testing today, MRI, needs a second opinion: "It's got the potential of being a major injury." What the hell?

    I don't disagree with that, I'm definitely hoping any team but them wins it all, but I can't deny the talent on that team. Durant, Klay, Curry, Draymond, CP3 and Harden on the same court is crazy.

    Some of you guys seriously need to grow up, these game threads this season have probably been the worst in my time at Talksox and I've been here for numerous last place finishes.

    This Rockets/Warriors series has the potential to be one of the best ever. There is so much star power on the court.

    Good game by the pen today, Velazquez is probably player of the game for limiting the damage and giving the team two solid innings in a 1 run game.

    This year, no. But the last three years he's been solid hitter and positive WAR player.

    There is no way you do a hit and run with a guy on 2nd and a guy struggling at the plate.

    He singled, walked and made a nice running catch today. Not sure what more in one game you want from #9 hitter.

    Devers is a 21 year old who is already contributing positively at the MLB level. There is no reason to trade Devers for Machado with no guarantee of an extension, and he's willing to sign an extension, just wait till the off season.

    This bullpen continues to be bad, very lucky a perfect relay was able to get Solarte. Barnes continues to struggle.

    Velazquez has been a great asset.

    Trading Devers for a rental of Machado is a horrible idea. Machado is a pipe dream and isn't happening.

    Great job by Velazquez to limit the damage there. Pomeranz really put him in a s***** spot.
