    Yup, and I believe they acquired Ziegler very cheap two years ago as well. You can easily acquire good/decent relievers at the trade deadline for cheap. Its not worth overpaying for one.

    I agree, I was never really a fan of moving him off catcher at such a young age, now they've essentially killed his value, and he's stuck in a s***** situation.

    Machado is going to cost a hell of a lot more than Swihart, he has no trade value right now, plus why would Baltimore deal him not only in division, but in division for nothing?

    Benny and Moreland had good games, can't say much anyone else. Pretty bad performance from most the team.

    In the regular season, that means absolutely nothing in the NBA. Didn't the Celtics and IT have the best record in East all year and get absolutely destroyed by Cavs in playoffs? Didn't Raptors have one seed this year? Blazers 3 seed and Beat GSW twice in regular season? Warriors are one of the greatest teams ever assembled, they won a playoff series without a guy whose won two MVPs for them, and had him come off bench in 2nd round. The Cavs last year with Lebron, Kyrie and Love, only beat the Warriors once in 5 games. Neither of these teams are as good as Cavs were last year. Warriors in 6 at most, vs whichever team they play.

    He's too hot at the plate to bench right now unfortunately. We can't have another automatic out in the lineup with a lot of guys in the lineup really struggling. But he does need to get his head out of his ass. That base running play was seriously one of the dumbest I've ever seen.

    Yeah, that definitely wasn't a tank job. That team was just bad, and killed by injuries.

    Carson Smith hurt his arm throwing his glove in the dugout after he left the game yesterday. "It's unfortunate," Dave Dombrowski said. No timetable. Went for testing today, MRI, needs a second opinion: "It's got the potential of being a major injury." What the hell?

    I don't disagree with that, I'm definitely hoping any team but them wins it all, but I can't deny the talent on that team. Durant, Klay, Curry, Draymond, CP3 and Harden on the same court is crazy.

    Some of you guys seriously need to grow up, these game threads this season have probably been the worst in my time at Talksox and I've been here for numerous last place finishes.

    This Rockets/Warriors series has the potential to be one of the best ever. There is so much star power on the court.
