    Yeah, that was brutal. As is the offense, especially Holt between Mookie/JD today. I hate Holt hitting 2nd. I'd rather Xander be there.. Also, is Moreland hurt? Why such a weak lineup today? I know Beni/Devers are out, but why do we need Swihart at 1B?

    All of the "Let Kimbrel walk, let Kelly close next year" people haven't brought that up in a while.

    He likely would've had to use Kelly no matter what, either this inning, or in the 8th. I blame Kelly for s***ing the bed more than Cora using him. This pen is weak and doesn't have many options.

    With Kelly's struggles, it is clear we need a real set up guy. Barnes and Kelly are just way too inconsistent.

    Pillar is definitely on the "annoying to play against team". That team also has Whit Merrifield, Kevin Kiermaier, Brett Gardner, Dee Gordon and Jed Lowrie.

    Do you watch Kevin Pillar? He is one of the elite outfielders in the league, and with one out, Lin ran, and was rounding 3rd when Pillar caught the ball. Yes, it was stupid.. and especially with JD Martinez on deck.. who hit a bomb to lead off the next inning to extend his mlb lead in homers and RBI..

    Yup. Pillar is outstanding. You have to be 100% sure the ball is uncatchable with him out there.

    I wasn't a Lackey fan either, never was, didn't like him in Anaheim, wasn't thrilled when we signed him, but he was pretty good and what we traded him for was complete s***.

    Never in my life would I think that d-money would be the voice of reason, but he is 100% right. Sox just won 10 in a row, they were due for a loss sooner or later, and Yankees lost too, we didn't lose anything in standings.

    I thought Scott would be a decent pitcher last year, he has look horrendous this season, hopefully we dont see much more off him this year lol.

    I don't understand how people don't realize that MLB teams cant win literally every game, and that MLB players cant have a good game literally every single game. I know its hard to believe. Also, Eduardo Nunez, AAAA players, mediocore relief pitchers, and bench players will never land us a star player. I know these trade scenarios are great and very realistic, but I do have some doubts.

    Sorry, I'll try to be more like you. JBJ SUCKS! FIRE CORA! DFA HOLT DFA EVERY PLAYER ON THE ROSTER. LETS TRADE ROBBY SCOTT AND HEATH HEMBREE FOR CLAYTON KERSHAW AND KENLEY JANSEN! MAYBE THROW IN NUNEZ AND GET MATT KEMP!! Anyone think Eduardo Nunez and a guy hitting .133 in minors could net us Manny Machado? Maybe if we throw in Sam Travis?
