Harden as everyone has said is awesome when healthy. Maybe he needs a change of venue and pitching coach to help him keep healthy. On that note, none of the 3 B´s, maybe Bowen, but Buscholz and Bard have a very hi ceiling, with Bard possibly being a cy young type. Cerrano Id send there way, Im not sure who in the minors tho, Murphy yes if they wanted him, no Ellsbury, Hansack yes(his value probably wont get too much higher after his performance in AAA so far), But as long as we dont send our top 10 prospects there way I wouldnt mind seeing him in the rotation...

Don't expect Lester in the ML anytime soon(next couple of weeks). He was pulled early in his most recent AAA start because of a forearm cramp. He will get atleast 1 or 2 more starts in the minors if the injury doesn't set him back.

The biggest issue I see with Pedroia is hes the size Mighty Mouse and swings like hes Manny. The guy needs a smaller bat, a shorter swing and to not drop to his f***ing knee after every swing.

Great pick up for the Pats. I like it alot. We over payed for Welker and under paid for Moss, so were even looking at it from that point. But both should be big contributors next season. Another thing I like is that we got SF first round pick next year. Guys no BS I was talking with a buddy the other day and said that SF looks like last yrs Cardinals. There young and up and coming, there starting to get some expectations and are due for a bit of a let down season, a regression of sorts. Nothing huge tho, but its not too far out of the relm of possibility that SF gets a top 10-15 pick next year, and that would be so nice to be drafting that low. I for one hope they go 2-14 or 3-13 so we get the #1 pick, hahahahaha....:thumbsup:

On ESPN radio it was reported that Lester's most recent health exam came back awesome, and hes good to go... Thats awesome for Lester not even from a baseball standpoint, His personal health is #1, but it's also great news for Red Sox Nation!:thumbsup:

Proctor has gone into 2 games in a row, I doubt hes available, they don't have much of a BP left, they need 7 innings out of Kartsenes and I dont see that happening, tonight could be one of those 12-10 games... Go Sox!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A blind Squirrell finds a nut every once and awhile tho... Cerrano either drives you nuts or makes you jump for joy, you have to except this with him like it or not. Like I said before hes better then alot of 4th OF and isnt that expensive, so right now I don't have an issue with him on the team...
