    Harper went as an OFer cause they want him in the bigs ASAP. Its kinda funny, cause his mechanics and arm were highly rated, but it takes awhile to groom a catcher. Sounds like they want Strasburg and Harper to be on the same team for as long as possible.

    Pomeranz is a solid pick, assuming he is okay. He was assumed to be a top 5 pick prior to the season, then fell out of the first round after having a run of s*** performances then righted the ship. He never had an injury concern, like Ranaudo does. Which is why Pomeranz is off the board, and Ranaudo isnt. I really think Ranaudo falls to the Yankees here.

    Grandal fell like a rock. He was supposed to go to the Royals, but they argued about the salary at the end. He is a hell of a pick here and will likely fly up their system.

But just figured I would save this only for those picks actually made.

    I doubt the sox take a guy like Ranaudo. They have 2 picks, and they dont have much of a history of taking major risks. If Ranaudo is hurt, be it elbow or pec or shoulder, then he owns a bit more risk than some others. This is supposed to be a pretty thin draft at the top, but having 3 picks prior to the 2nd round, they should be fine

    Yeah, it is about time to move him down in the order. This offense is very strange. We score 11 runs when we dont need them, then cannot score 3 runs. Eventually, Tex is gonna hit, but we gotta do something to guard us against his black hole in the 3 spot. I wouldnt mind moving Cano to 3rd, Posada to 5th and Tex to 6th

    I wouldnt be surprised at all if the sox look for a fix in the OF. David DeJesus is available, and he fits the defensive mantra of the team, especially out of LF, and he can play CF. He could also lead off, moving Scutaro down in the order where he might be more effective. But DeJesus has an option for 2011 at $6 million, which is right about what he is worth, so the Royals could try to bleed more out of him than he may be worth in a trade.

    Another good game for NY. Rolling right now and arguably our best hitter (Tex) still is scuffling. The good news is that cano is playin like an MVP right now

    Harvey is out of Fitch HS in CT. Small frame, throws gas. Was drafted high by ANA 3 yrs ago but didn't sign. He was first round talent then and has proven he's first rd talent now.

    Ranaudo lasts to the sox if the medicals do not look good. The yanks are on his case too. If he lasts to the sox, then someone is concerned about his shoulder/pectoral region

    I hate John Sterling. But it is nice to hear that the yankees win. That being said, I have now listened to a month's worth of games and would like someone to choke out that hag Waldman. She's a moron in the box and is only there because of her lack of a penis. She is a total joke. I started listening to the Baltimore feed today, and it actually made me feel good.
