I take it with a grain of salt, because WHDH also reported there were four year deals on the table. Still, Olney and Bradford have also reported this is close to completion. Good news (if it is three years) indeed.

Romo needs to pick it up in the second half. And ORS, I guess I can see the comparisons, but Romo is a much better quarterback than Grossman is. Better completion %, better rating. While that play wasn't textbook, he did have a shot at a big play, and Springs/Fletcher made a tremendous play on it. Tip your cap.
