A great series thats going down to game 7, some beautiful hockey on display. The problem is Pitt is a small market and a football city. Detroit is broke, humble and has huge problems like the end of the automobile industry in America to deal with along with massive unemployment and the complete destruction of the housing market. Point being this should be a series that puts hockey back in the national picture but based on early ratings nobody is watching and this is sinful.Gary Bettman needs to take shorter money from a big network rather than taking a bigger cut from the current channel theyre on. I have been touting Detroit since the playoffs started but I ended up betting on Pittsburg because of the way their 2 superstars are playing and also because Lindstrom Datsyuk were supposedly out for Detroit...Lindstrom has played in every game and Datsyuk(sp), their leading scorer is back. Home ice has ruled this series so far and I am going to stay with my initial prediction. Detroit in 7.

Had to get in on this tonight. Burnett hasnt pitched for money in 6 years, his toronto days were meaningless. If he cant step up and pitch well enuff to at least give their bats a shot who can? Sabby is pitching well but he cant beat us, wang is useless at this point as well. Joba competes and has pitched ok against us but petitte seems like hes lost a few MPH and is very beatable...The kids like Hughes will need to perform in order for the yankees to handle us head to head down the stretch...Ive said 1000 times that Burnett would be the key in NY yet after a good start hes become pedestrian against the rest of the league and f***ing atrocious against the sox.
