i hope mota fails his physical so the trade is squashed. i wouldn't be shocked if he failed his physical because he never even took one for us since he wasn't even in the states at the time of the trade.

if the Guardians are getting jason michaels for arthur rhodes we surely could have gotten him ourselves. he might have the greatest range but he is a high obp guy.

The Pats D will be good next year if Rodney Harrison comes back, they can get a shutdown corner, and get another couple safeties in case harrison can't come back. plus i think another young linebacker would help as well.

with the media saying this deal will probably be announced sometime later in the week there is still time for it to fall apart.

i'm in agreement with you beckett. crisp is a nice ballplayer but i wouldn't give up a potential 40 homer guy in marte for him.

the royals have no hope in that division as all 4 teams are better than them. it will be a long time before the royals even compete again. what they should be doing is to stop wasting money on the reggie sanders, doug minkiewicz, mark grunz of the world and use that money on scouting and signing the best available talent in the draft. with high picks every year they should be getting really good players but instead they waste it on washed up players. -
And its going to be Seattle and Pittsburgh in Super Bowl XL in Detroit.

Depending on how right-hander Guillermo Mota's physical goes, Coco Crisp could be Boston's new center fielder sometime this week.The Guardians and Boston, according to a major league source, are considering a six-player trade that would send Crisp and two low-level minor leaguers to Boston for third base prospect Andy Marte, Mota and another a minor league pitcher. The Guardians would then trade Mota to Philadelphia for outfielder Jason Michaels.There's also a chance that the Guardians could keep Mota, if he passes his physical, and send David Riske or Arthur Rhodes to the Phillies. agree 100% with you. the only team in the NFL that can beat a healthy Pats team is the Pats themselves. granted they were not totally healthy last week but they were healthy enough where they should have beaten the Broncos.
