  1. Bizarre outing by Price -- 4 runs and a bunch of hits but a boatload of k's.
  2. What happened to the mechanical adjustment that Price made? That has been gone for a while.
  3. It looked bad, and Hamstrings usually feel worse the next day.
  4. I love day baseball now. The Red Sox schedule shows this as a Movie Night at 8:15. Is this the usual time for day games in Tampa?
  5. If you are losing sleep over Price being one of our pitchers, you must not be getting any sleep at all.
  6. He just would have been released after not performing for a while. Corey Koskie of the Twins had his career end as the result of a concussion and continuing effects. That was several years ago. It is not that concussions were completely ignored in the old days. Concussions are fairly rare in baseball as compared to most other sports. Plus, the home plate collision has been legislated out of the game and so has the second base collision. Is there really a need for a mandated concussion protocol in baseball? If a guy gets his bell rung in the playoffs but feels fine the next day, he has to sit out 7 days? The player has no say?.
  7. Having a little fun. Is that okay with you? I like to mock the manager's intelligence.
  8. His two brain cells rattle around a lot more when he is on the road, because he doesn't sleep well in hotels. He gets disoriented. It is the managerial equivalent of Sundowners Syndrome.
  9. I would take 2 more of him to round out the bottom of the rotation.
  10. Taz has given up as many Home Runs thus far in 2016 than he gave up in all of 2015 . He is at half the number of innings that he pitched in 2015.
  11. Porcello has not been the problem. Archer looks like he could use a change of scenery. Maybe we can get him while his value is low. And he could be reunited with Price.
  12. Yep. he looked like he was coming apart at the seems in the 4th inning, but he regrouped to do a very solid job.
  13. And when I went there, the Ted Williams Hitting Museum was inside the facility.
  14. This is a nightmare. Porcello's wheels are coming off.
  15. All of a sudden, Porcello has Steve Blass disease.
  16. 3 walks. Pedroia needs to yell at Porcello.
  17. 2 Walks and a 3-0 count with the bases loaded. He is on his way to crumbling.
  18. Will Porcello crumble or fight his way through this?
  19. it's not that bad of a place. It needs better lighting, but other than that, not really that terrible.
  20. Then I am dense, but I look forward to Price's starts. And that is because the team usually wins when he pitches. I thought a Yankee fan could grasp the importance of winning. Losing has really been tough on the psyche of Yankee fans.
  21. Without new blood for the rotation, the pitching and the team will collapse.
  22. He is still not the on field problem. I know that Yankee fans are dense, but come on. He is a big budget item, but there isn't a single pitcher on your staff that you wouldn't exchange him for on any given night.
