    keeping Leon's bat in the lineup was a move that I agree with. He is the second hottest bat on the team, but it is against the conventional managers book. Also, it is not apples and oranges from the other night where he kept the hot bat on the bench where he had a much better chance of getting us an insurance run with one inning left.

    You can't fault Farrell for going to Taz. He is supposed to be our 7th/8th inning guy. After what he has done recently, he should probably be relegated to lower leverage situations until he gets his act together. Until then we have limited options for high leverage situations. DD may need to pick up somebody. What is Koji's status? Is he definitely out for the season?

    With Leon DH'ing and Holiday catching, there is less of possibility of Holliday getting PH for than the other day. If he PH's for Holiday, he will not only have no backup catcher on the bench, but he will also use the DH and the pitcher will have to bat if Holiday's spot comes around again.
