My Met fan friend knows his team very well. He is my Met expert. He is almost prescient when it comes to the Mets. I was at a game in September 2007 with him when wirba 4-0 lead the Mets put on the oppositions first 2 hitters in the 4th inning. My friend got up and said “this game is over. I am not going to sit through this.” I thought he was overreacting, because the team was in a free fall collapse. I tied to convince him to stay, telling him that they were up 4-0 and it was still early. He left, and before he got to his car, the Mets had blown the 4 run lead in that inning and went onto another painful loss. Is that proof of anything to you? I am sure it is not. And I really don’t care to prove you wrong about anything. It was one game of many over the years where I was left asking myself how he knew something would happen. I’ll stick with his expertise about anything dealing with the Mets. I will check with him on Duda.
For the record, I love stats and data, but they mean more with context. You seem to be hell bent on proving people wrong if they disagree with you and your last post was a bit nasty and personal. You think you are some sort of expert on right and wrong with regard to all things baseball. You are no different for the rest of the Jackass fans that frequent these boards, and I include myself in that group— just so that you and no one else takes offense
