  1. He should pronounce Seanez correctly: for-fit.
  2. Good line by Jon Miller: "Papelbon puts an end to the foolishness."
  3. Gonzo is in his own universe.
  4. It's okay. Andruw can hit anybody. Let Timlin finish. Edit: Thank goodness he went for papelbon and not POS Part II
  5. Probably have to go outside the organization for a reliever. BTW Gonzo turns that baby for two
  6. He's an old unaccomplished POS.
  7. POS Remlinger hitting Ortiz!
  8. I don't think he will be worse, and the Sox should find out soon if Hansen is the answer, because if he is not, they will need to go outside the organization. Seanez and Tavarez need to be DFA'd. The FO is merely prolonging the inevitable.
  9. They have just snatched victory from the jaws of defeat and they will win this despite Francoma's lameness. Remlinger, the human forfeit, is in. Cox has raised the White Flag.
  10. I saw a lot of Seanez, Tavarez and Hansen in ST this year. I have watched Seanez and Tavarez for years in the bigs. I may be speculating that Hansen can do the job, but it's based on his success at every level including ST. I am not speculating that Tavarez and Seanez cannot do the job. They are proving that on a regular basis. If you think that they can turn it around, I'd say that you are engaging in ridiculous speculation.
  11. Coco was really focused in that AB. BTW IMO Hansen is major league ready, and he would be far better and more consistent than the two Bozos, Seanez and Tavarez.
  12. Tek from the right side can take him deep if he gets one over the middle.
  13. I agree. The fact is that unless Foulke can not come back and be reliable, we need a new body in the pen. Maybe Hansen is the answer.
  14. He has no consistency, so you cannot feel confident when he takes the hill.
  15. Terry got cute and overmanaged himself right into a loss. MDC was throwing smoke and he had good, no excellent, command of the curve tonight. He would have had no problem finishing the inning.
  16. I trust my instincts after watching this f***ing game for 39 years. When I see Rudy, I break into hives. He blows, and I have been saying this since they announced his signing.
  17. I guess my lack of confidence was justified. I'll accept your apology when you are ready. His nicknamen is well-earned.
  18. Timlin is not good in spots where he inherits runners, but I'd take him over Rudy. I wish we had a health Foulke.
  19. Lopez looked like he was going to have a heart attack. Here comes Rudy, the forfeit.
  20. This is what I am talking about when people talk about trading Trot. His range is very underrated. He is one of the best RF's in the game.
  21. He's got the top of the order to deal with. He's not gonna have a walk in the park.
  22. Never said that I hated him. I just don't feel sorry for him cause he is Yankee trash. No reason to feel sorry for him. It's not like he got a bad break or a bad call or someone else blew the game for him. He gave up a walk-off Homer and lost the game. He couldn't close it out. What's to feel sorry about?
  23. Only if 1 of the first 2 batters gets on. Edit: I thought he was 3rd up this inning. JT is on deck for Schill.
  24. He pitched great, but f*** him and how he feels. He's a yankee piece of trash. Happy Father's Day to me.
