    the three points is for the home field otherwise the bookies see the game even. This is a big difference from past years where Manning's Colts were clear favorites.

    I was in favor of the trade at first, but I must admit that they could have gotten a 4th OF for a much cheaper price than a #4/5 starter that takes the ball every fifth day and puts up 10-15 wins every year.

    That's why I think he'll step up and the Colts will win and go all the way this yea, because no one expects it. That happens very often. Everyone expected the Chargers to get their heads handed to them by the Packers, but Elway finally won the big one and for good measure he won the following year.

    Weaver has got the stuff. Greatr arm. If last year helped him develop some confidence, he could turn himself around. He's only 30 years old, and he has 8 yrs of major league experience.

    We don't have a perfect #2 hitter. I would be inclined to go with Lugo and Coco inthe 1 and 2 slots if they are hitting. If Coco picks up where he left off last year, they'll have to go with Youk. If they could pick up a big bopper to play 1st and bat 5th, Drew could hit second. I think the #2 hole will be a problem this year as the #5 hole was a problem last year.

    OMG you are still crowing about giving up a 17 game winning future HOF for some prospects in a salary dump. It's been beat to death. Let's see what they do in your organization and if they ever pan out. All the artickles and opinions by all the writers aren't going to make these guys any better than they were on the day they were traded. The last time I looked none of them will be on the 2007 opening day roster, so they are non-factors.

    I like Murcer. I started the earlier thread about his illness, but whether you like a guy or hate him, that type of behavior is just not acceptable and should never be tolerated.
