    WTF with playing Kotchman over Lowell again. Lowelll has been mashing. Send Kotchman for coffee and donuts and keep him on the bench with Varitek. Wakefield is bound to be erratic after having missed so much time not to mention that he is not close to 100 %. They are probably going to need a big offensive night. Why replace a big gun with punch and judy.

    You got that right. The AL Championship is going to have to go through Boston or Anaheim. Either team is a nightmare for the Yanks. Boston is also a nightmare for the Angels.

    I have not given up on winning the division. If the Rangers can sweep the yanks and the Sox can sweep Chicago, the Yankee lead would be down to 4 games before September 1st. Four games is striking distance.
