AGon looking like he has a blindfold on. The RH platoon of Varitek and Baldelli have been very unproductive today. How much worse could Drew and Ortiz have been? Answer: not at all.

We do need a SS, and Lowrie cannot be relied upon to take the starting job in 2010. Where do they turn? What about the Ramirez on ChiSox? He'd be way cheaper than HanRam from a $ and trade perspective. I don't know much about the guy, but he has looked pretty good this weekend. He seems to have good range and a very strong arm.

If Beckett shits the bed with the HR ball today, I think they should give him an extra days rest or skip his next start. Texas is not going to catch us. They have to play the Angels 7 times and they are having time beating the O's. The Sox need to get Beckett right, and I think he could use a little rest.
