    and i said it before the season started and ill say it again coco crisp is not an MLB hitter anymore/right now. They need to find someone else, if its Ellsbury, Willy Mo or someone out of the organization. He cant hit for s***. Varitek is another bat im worried about. I doubt he hits over .240 this year. We also dont have a 5th starter right now. And if Ortiz keeps struggling........ we might be in for a long season

    im really concerned with this team to, cause they are not playing like they should be. they just look dead out there like noone cares. if it wasnt for the 2 great pitching performances from beckett and dice-k, this team could easily be winless right now

    so far ive been doin good today with FLorida and Tenn winning I had G Tech beatin wisconsin so them losing to UNLV helps

    dont think we need to spend more money on OF's. Unless we trade Manny, theres no need for Jones. And if we do trade Manny, id much rather go after Jones than Hunter. Hunter doesnt really impress me that much except with his defense. Think he'd be a waste of money

    willy mo's more valuable and is the better offensive player. Defensively, WMP plays very well in CF, maybe not as fast as Crisp but can play the position better than RF.

    Id really think about moving Crisp, Delcarmen and Bowden for Cordero

    ya the cardinals had wainright, im not sure if the Sox have anyone like that. (Bryce Cox??) I no this sounds crazy, but i wouldnt mind somewhat of a closer by commitee thing with Donelly, Timlin and Okajima (MAYBE Tavarez). I think the idea could work if it is used right

    his defense in right field is maybe a little below average, ok but the guy is built like an ox can hit the ball further than almost anyone else in baseball. He K's alot, ok that is a problem, but he still manages to hit the ball hard when he does hit it and hit over .300 with an OBP of .350. Im not worried about his K rate. And if he ever does learn to hit offspead pitches, which i'll assure he does at some point, he'll be a .300 avg, .360 obp, .525 slg, guy in this league and even if he doesnt learn how to hit an offspeed pitch ever in his career, he still can hit .280-.300 with 20+ HR, if he plays everyday

    i think we should wait, see what happens first month of the season, and if we really cant close out games, go out and get someone

    sucks and is the strikeout king ya hes 25 years old, i guess he has no more time to improve... you gotta be a little more patient he only hit over .300 last year with a .490 slg% in 275 AB's. thats not to bad for your typical 25 year old in the MLB. Once he learns to hit an offspeed pitch he'll be a force. and theres no way WAS trades Cordero he got traded by the Yankees cause they always trade away there top prospects and the Reds moved him for a SP they desperetely needed.

    i mean maybe but I dont think ive ever seen a manager jokingly name someone on the team a closer...or starter or watever. they usually dont joke about that stuff.
