    Man Dice-K has pitched much better than his 1-2 record shows. The guy pitched great tonight just other than Pena none of the Sox gave him any support they couldn't get anything going at all I mean 1 run on 7 hits common you have to be scoring more than that off 7 hits. Tomorrow Wake is going, and I know the bats are going to come alive against Ohka.

    Awesome win last night. I love the way Papelbon celebrates after closing the game out for the save.

    Hope the boys can bounce back tonight and win this one. It's going to be a good game that's for sure.

    I dunno to me Coco kind of didn't do enough with Boston. I thought he was going to do a little more when he came to the team but maybe I was wrong I dunno I still feel like he could have been better.

    Very tough loss to swallow but it is still only the forth game of the year by no means should we be panicing about it. The Sox have tons of games left in the year.

    Even though they looked bad today it's still only the first game still got 161 more to go. I'm not worried at all.

    Going to be a great opening series kinda wished they would put the Thursday game on tv here so I could see Matsuzaka pitch. They have the Wednesday game coming on but the Maple Losers are on Thursday night. Oh well at least I'll still get to see Beckett pitch.

    I was just wondering if anyone had a picture of the Mayor's Cup that the Red Sox and Twins play for every year.

    Yeah I noticed it but it's still an amazing game. Choppyness don't bother me any.

    Yes I get to watch tonight's game. They are playing it on Rogers Sportsnet up here.

    Our rotation is pretty solid when our number 5 guy is going to be either Wakefield or Lester. Look out American League because the Sox are going to give all you teams a run for it this year guaranteed. With a pithing staff like how can you not be confident that these boys are going to go all the way once again.

    He's had a slow spring but so what that doesn't mean anything when it comes to next year. Lowell will be fine and he will play well. He's still a solid player and he's great over there at third for us.

    Yeah I agree with you our rotation has looked stellar and it could turn out to be the best rotation in the Majors if these guys stay healthy everyone better watch out.

    All I have to say is the preformance that K-Dice had today was amazing. He looked really really good in his 3 innings of work. He's looked really good so far this spring and im sure he's only going to continue to impress this year.

    29 homeruns not a chance the only way that would happen with Howard is if he misses a crap load of games due to injury or something this guy will be in the upper 40's this year at the least.

    I play C and 1B in a men's slo-pitch league. Haven't played hardball in 4 years when I was 16. But to be honest I prefer the men's slo-pitch league.

    Sounds awesome I can't wait until I get my copy of the game this week. I've been itching for this game for awhile now. And does anyone know if they finally put the C on Varitek's jersey in the game cause I've been wanting them to do that and I'm sure everyone else has too.

    Well Papelbon looked awesome in today's game. If he continues to pitch like that he is going to be one very very solid starter although I have alot of faith that he is going to be one of our top starters this year. The way that K-Dice and Lil Papi have pitched in their first games I am really optimistic of our chances to take it this year.

    Yeah like you said it's too early. It's only the third game of Spring Training. By the 2nd or 3rd week of Spring Training if he is still pitching poorly then we should start talking about this.

    Wow that is some crazy stuff. The substance on the ball rule is good though.

    I say it's either going to be Mats or Beckett that becomes the ace of this staff. Paps will have some set backs since it's his first year being a starter and with Schilling and Wakefield I think the age factor might get to them a bit. I don't really know we are going to have to wait until the season starts to really know for sure.

    Not really that surprised that Foulke decided to hang up his cleats. He has had a number of injury's lately and his body just can't take any more. You will be missed Foulke we will never forget what you did for the Red Sox.
