(or you were just too rushed to reply) J_P: It's not worth it to engage in a battle, especially here, it's not exactly neutral territory, and they're usually good about accepting differing opinions, just don't make fun of their players, organization, etc. I've heard that the Subway Series practically divided the city. Interleague rivalries are more for fans than players, anyways.

    ^^ 87% of stats are false. That in itself may be a contradicting stat... First off, if a person is pulled over, "caught", s/he, I would assume, would demonstrate some pretty suspicious driving. Want misleading? "Lite" beer, is not required by the FDA to be light in anything at all...except color. Pssh. So you're not really shaving off the calories, contrary to what you may have been led to think. Gosh, I don't think I could recite the alphabet backwards even when sober. Hmm. P.S. No I don't think that of you, it's just that I'm sick of some, let's just say, "nice"-person-who-made-a-very-bad-decision-one-night-careens-into-mother-and-stroller, stories. P.P.S. Dwight Gooden has apparently been getting himself into trouble again...even nephew Sheffield (-oids, according to some of you) says he can't help him now.

    Meh, if you find him malicious or his remarks disparaging, then move it, but personally I think once he realizes to just agree to disagree, then it's fine. Gosh, could the blood pressure skyrocket anymore when these two teams meet? Or even when they don't.

    I'll grab you Cashman's turban. Is it possible that a team is built for the postseason? Because yes, they're old, they're injury-prone, that's all been well-established, but maybe the hardest part is getting in. They're experienced (all too well), and yeah...have all that stuff. Of course this would be all-for-naught if they didn't make the postseason, but I'm not going there today. Cleveland's still got a ways to go, Oakland's coming down to earth, I don't see Minnesota getting in this year (unless somehow...they overtake Chicago), and it's too far of a stretch for Toronto and Detroit to contend.

    *gasp* Sims = EEEEVIL. Who needs a life, when you can control everyone around you, get them to do what you want, when you want, etc. etc. Gosh, you can anything on it, practically...they "don't have genitals" though. (So says EA prez) Just curious...which installment allows you to bull ride? Somehow I don't think "Hot Date" is it? I don't even want to know, what's going down at that party.

    ESPN interviewed the Giants' owner; basically he was pretty candid in saying that if they knew he wouldn't be able to play this year, they wouldn't have given him the deal, but how were they to know when he was leading the team in games played? Hindsight bites in baseball.
