I like pitchers with balls. If you're gonna throw at someone you gotta stand up for yourself. Thats why I loved Pedro and Nolan Ryan's fights. Pedro just stood there like he didn't care until dude was about to hit him, and Nolan just kicked ass.

Well, like I said earlier I don't believe Pedro will have his number retired, nor do I think Clemens will. I'm just saying if one of them were to have their number retired it should be Pedro before Clemens.

I have to agree with Riverside. What is the point in keeping Stern? He's never going to see any PT for the Sox, and he likely wont bring back any value in a trade ... so whats the point? I guess I can understand keeping him around for 17 more games, but we should have never even got that far with him. I didn't agree with us jumping through hoops to keep him last year either just for the record.

Yeah, but theres a big difference here. Glavin could thread a needle from 100 feet away. He had outstanding accuracy that was so good it often fooled umpires. Plus he had more than a minimially effective change up to go along with his fastball. The only similarity you could draw between these two pitchers is that they're both left handed.

can't pick times like that. Yahoo has set time that it will allow you to draft. If you actually read the first post you'd see that he said he'd give us a list of times and we will decide.
