They'll be more impressive then, but now is the time for the Sox to get a little gap in the standings.

    In the WYSIWYG mode, I didn't even get a cursor in the quote box. I'm back in Standard mode now. Weird.

    The cursor will not move from the top left corner of the text area when I'm not using Quick Reply. Once I start typing, the cursor moves, but I cannot move it to another part of the text box, making the correction of typos tedious because I have to backspace all the way up to the error and then retype what was erased. As an example, I quoted your post to show that when I quote I have to type before the quote. I tried loggin-out/logging-in, but that didn't do anything.

    I don't want a roof because the number of rainouts bothers me. I want one because the effects of a rainout can linger after the makeup game is played. Last year, the makeup game with the White Sox took the Red Sox only day off in a long stretch of consecutive games, and you could tell the team was gassed down the stretch. That loss of a day off didn't help. This year they are talking about two double-headers to make up the Rangers games when they come back to Fenway in June. That's 5 games in 3 days. What happens to the starting rotation and bullpen after that?

    Let's see how WMP does in the field in RF before we say he should start taking over Trot's job incrementally. He should be getting a chance one of the next two days with two straight against LHP (Chen and Bedard). While I'm sold on his bat, I'm not totally sold on his glove in RF. He historically plays CF better since he gets better reads on the ball (less slice).
