    IMO Youk has been one of the best leadoff hitters in baseball, productive year, best avg with risp especially 2 outs, better than expected defense... I call ******** if the Sox try to move him

    Hows the rotation looking like with only 3 givens to actually rely on (Schil, Beckett, Lester)? So sure about Kyle Snyder holding the line with his platry stamina? So sure about Clement's mental issues wearing down and come back the way he should? So sure that Wake can come back from rib injury after a month off? A move should be made for another starting pitcher, and in the relief section since MDC is looking like he could go to the DL

    I swear last night his broken bat line drive of a ball was heading for the monster seats. Only a player with great power can be able to drive a ball that far while breaking the bat in the process. IMO if the bat didnt break, it probably wouldve landed on the expressway. That aside, yes it is time to start easing Wily Mo into right field. Trot's really starting to look like a defensive replacement who's in there for the whole game. He's hitting .194 in the month of July with 1 extra base hit, and .198 since the All-Star break. Oh yea and he also hurt himself again on a bad swing.

    It would be foolish if Sox are banking on Wells, Clement & Wakefield coming back on a white horse. A move for at least a decent starting pitcher must be made. Wakefield will still be out for 3 weeks Im gathering. Can anyone be comfortable with Kyle Snyder in the rotation for that long?... I know I cant, he's showing a long reliever at best

    Thats good and all... but who are they going to get to replace the offensive and defensive force Lowell has been for Boston? Hell they are already talking about how this could be the year Chavez doesnt win a gold glove

    That aside, I believe with Trot getting hurt on a bad swing (anyone else remember same thing happened to him a year ago in Tampa Bay??) that Trot and Wily Mo are off of the chopping block. Trot is likely to go to the DL, making Wily Mo the top choice to get ABs as the right fielder
