  1. and by piece of s***, I mean Beckett, not Damon. I'm over the whole NYY s***
  2. They sent Mortensen down for Nava? FO confirmed for full blown retarded
  3. Daniel Nava isn't a kid, he's a 29 year old reject who had 5 good minutes here 2 years ago. And he's a bad outfielder.
  4. Daniel Nava? Well, at least one person can be happy about that
  5. Relax children, Daddy is here. Josh Beckett(2-3, 4.45 over par), vs. Derek Lowe. (4-2, 2.39 BAC) Wins are imminent.
  6. If you wanna make a point, you may want to cite a non-fiction book
  7. No one needs to know how he was playing. That really does not matter. In the end, he claimed to be hurt and couldn't play but still went out and did something that requires use of his injured part. I don't care how hard he was playing or how soft he was playing, in the end it was stupid to put himself in that situation and it comes across to me as selfish and reckless. I have called out of my jobs before, sometimes straight up lying saying I was sick when I wasn't and then had fun. That isn't in any way comparable to this. But I have never been enough of a f***ing moron to call out while actually sick or injured and then gone out and done something that can potentially make me sicker or more injured. I don't know, maybe I have some sense of responsibility or something...
  8. How is it being hypocritical? Me calling out of a job and hanging around all day or playing a game is in no way comparable to me injuring a part of me that is vital to my work and then being stupid enough to do an activity that could possibly exacerbate that injury when I'm given time off to recoup. No matter what, what he did was f***ing stupid. It doesn't matter if he misses his next start because of this or if he comes back completely fine, what does matter is he was stupid enough in the first place to take that risk.
  9. Sorry to say it, but if I have seen the last of Youk I am not disappointed. Pretty excited for Middlebrooks.
  10. Seau was one of the only Pats I ever liked. He seemed like a real classy, nice guy. This is a complete shock. A damn shame.
  11. I wish we had Cespedes. For his first time at Fenway he is playing pretty well defensively...
  12. But I thought Pineda's injury was just an elaborate ruse! They just don't want him to have arm trouble and make an ass out of the Yankee front office oh wait
  13. It is incredibly hard to watch Aceves as a closer. Damn, we need a real one.
  14. I quit in-between innings and go home knowing I don't have to chose between only bad decisions
  15. Ha, I was just gonna post that. It's so disgusting
  16. Optimism: At least there is other baseball teams to watch.
  17. This team can suck my dick. They deserve to be terrible.
  18. I swear you were the guy who made threads about Obama all the time. But I jsut realized I'm very likely wrong.
  19. They are too good to play for this team most likely.
  20. I don't really see how he's a troll, other than his previous history of making political threads...
  21. f*** this honestly. I've tried to be optimistic and all that for a long time now, but this team is crap. I expect NOTHING of them.
  22. Wow this team is a f***ing joke. Well, the bullpen. This is f***ing disgusting.
