    its not gunna be a yankee from the above list for this reason: before they had arod and sheff, they still got to and won championships. i can understand sheff playing with the love of the game of baseball he has through pain, but he doesnt have as much of an impact on a team as ortiz or manny do. manny may have taken himself out of lineups, fine. ortiz has heart just like sheff, and i think if we didnt have ortiz this club wouldnt be as good as it is. but my vote goes to vlad, hes just an all around great athlete, is ranked as the best arm in the game (i know this because my baseball coach is a mets scout), and hes just an all around great player. he picked up anaheim and made them contenders...and i think he is going to deserve it most. i-rod excluded because hes not on a contending team, and as it has been said before, the tigers would improve without him because repeating a horrible season like they had is almost impossible. in the list, vlad should win it.

    yea..dont sit in the grandstand with yankee stuff on. if your gunna do that sit more on the home plate side of things or near the first base or third base bags. but hey...its all in good fun

    sure, hes not affected by bad outings that much, and even if he doesnt...CONTRERAS is on the mound...i mean CONTRERAS. he has like a 16.43 ERA against us this year...im not worried about how wake does.

    Whats the most memorable red sox game you have ever been to? Mine was the game 4 of the 2003 ALCS, but I was mostly watching j-lo next to ben affleck more than the game itself through my binoculars

    what i tihnk would happen is that when the games arent televised at the same time, red sox fans get to watch yankees games just to watch them lose. it works for both sides, and if we can split the money 50-50 from broadcasting, well then the red sox get more money and the yankees lose money and that will make georgy very mad.

    ok i dont have a source, but my friend told me it was possible that YES and NESN might be combining to make one network. my guess says if it does happen the name is YESN, but i dont know. so i ask: has anyone else heard anything about this?

    i sat in the bleachers once...a lot of drunkies out there...watch out. but its really cool to see people get into fights out there, there are always yankee fans out there that come to red sox games just to watch them lose, so watch out for them...and have fun. and if you barely get to go to games...where do u live?
