    But Millar's a FA too and he is sucking, I think it's just that those guys are solid players. I don't buy the theory that players only perform well during their contract years. I mean if they have the ability to perform better during their contract years, couldn't they perform better all the time?

    Oh the suspense, they leave us waiting at 99 pitches, will the Cobalt be won tonight? I swear this is one of the highlights of my week.

    Not real confident going into tonight, Clement hasn't pitched well lately and those numbers against Guerrero don't make me feel much better, the team also hasn't been playing their best ball lately either. All I know is that we better see Petagine or Olerud at first base instead of Millar, otherwise Tito has some serious explaining to do.

    1. MLB 2. NHL 3. NFL 4. NCAA Basketball 5. NBA Yeah there's a really big gap in between NCAA and NBA for me, I watch a good college hoops game when it's on but usually NBA games bore me.

    Tennis more exciting to watch than baseball? It may be more fun to play since you probably get to play more, but as far as watching I don't see how you can say tennis is more fascinating. It is about the same time in between pitches as it is between points, so I don't see how you can make that argument, plus you never know what will happen next as there is a variety of occurences, I'm sure that there are some in tennis, but I just feel baseball has more.

    I'm rooting for Craaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaanston. The part I like is seeing who they're favorite players are. Occasionally you'll have some kid who's like my favorite player is Kevin Millar, while everyone else says Manny, Ortiz, etc.

    I think the Sox will give Miller a full offseason to try to build his arm strength up, because last year probably wasn't a normal offseason for Miller. They will give him time to see how he does with a normal offseason workout, but I wouldn't be surprised to see the Sox cut him loose early next year if he doesn't work out.

    Got back from the game with YanksHater. Thank god for the Iguchi homer in the 9th, I broke even thanks to that.

    Alright we'll see if Renteria can make the naysayers forget his 2 errors tonight.

    I understand if you don't think he is a good player, but I don't see how you can not cheer for him if he makes a good play. Sure I think Millar is one of the worst players I've ever seen, but I'll still be happy for him if he hits a home run, or makes a good defensive play.

    Oh Kevin, your stupidity never ceases to amaze. And now I hear that Fox is interested in him as an analyst if the Sox don't make it to the ALCS. Imagine the broadcast team of Joe Buck, Tim McCarver and Kevin Millar. I would watch that just for comedic purposes.

    Modano officially signs with Dallas. It does look like Zhamnov may come here and be our #2 center though.
