  1. I meant the Lugo for Cabrera idea.
  2. O/U SLG% for Lugo at PETCO - .300 ?
  3. I don't see this trade working for either team.
  4. I hate the rule, but I'll take it.
  5. Lester wasn't hit that hard in the first (with the exception of the Gomez out), but I'd be nice if Lester could generate some swing and misses.
  6. I agree with this. The Padres are a similar organization to the Red Sox. He's not slow like Pedroia, but he's not Lugo fast. Probably somewhere in between.
  7. This Tigers announcer can't get his tongue off of Jeter's sack. "All these people say that Jeter has lost a step, watch him make that play, he's one of the top 5 SS in the game." (Jeter makes error) I didn't know 26 to 6 was calling Tigers games.
  8. I just gained some respect for Jim Leyland.
  9. Giambi ties it with a bomb. These pitchers suck. The Tigers are finished on May 9th.
  10. Forgot about that. Does anyone have any first hand accounts of any of the prospects in the draft? (Thumper probably played with Shooter Hunt in High School)
  11. Greene's numbers are dragged down substantially by playing 50% of his game at PETCO Park. Home (OPS) - .653 Away (OPS) - .830 He's probably not a fluke with his power numbers, as evident that he's hit at least 15 HR's per year at an extreme pitcher's park.
  12. Keith Law came out with his top 60 prospects today. http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/draft2008/news/story?id=3388073 [table]NO. PLAYER POS. SCHOOL 1 Tim Beckham SS Griffin (Ga.) He's got a scholarship to play both football and baseball at Tennessee, but he's a much better baseball player. Buster Posey, is my favorite for the number one selection. Catcher who can hit the ball for power, and average.
  13. The Red Sox may have found a match for Coco Crisp. http://msn.foxsports.com/mlb/story/8122046/Padres-to-release-veteran-OF-Edmonds?CMP=OTC-K9B140813162&ATT=49
  14. OK, I will. http://www.talksox.com/forum/introduce-yourself/8182-nola-believes.html Liar.
  15. Ran out of things to say? I GUESS ITZ BECUZ U DONT SATISFY UR WOMEN LOL YOU MUST FEL REL BRAVE TALKIN SHITE BEHIND A MONOTER NO LIFE LOL When it's needed. Liar. http://media.tumblr.com/zcTqHiK8c8m7c7z9ppEfrRUz_400.jpg
  16. Yeah, that's it. Square peg, round hole. Why is surprising you think the two fit? You fail at insults, almost as much as you fail at your attempts to speak intelligently. I mean, I know I've never lied on a forum to people I don't know..... Didn't you play AAA ball before?
  17. Nice try. Nowhere do you address the fact that you stated that Lugo was an upgrade over Cabrera, but now you've always thought that Cabrera was the better option. You continue to drive the Renteria point home, when I didn't even bring him up. http://www.talksox.com/forum/talk-sox/7843-drew-board-4.html#post210315 (BTW, your Nomar point is in there.) Please stop lying. It gives people cancer.
  18. No, but you do meet the standards of RtT, adam123, castigs, and TW101. Right up their alley.
  19. What the f*** do I care about Renteria? I never brought it up. I'm just tired of you always pulling this s***. SCM (2006) - Way to go Theo! Lugo is an offensive upgrade over Cabrera, and will bring numbers at the position we haven't seen since Nomar. SCM (2008) - Way to go Theo! :thumbdown Lugo sucks, and I have always known this. Look at the numbers, Lugo is worse then Cabrera at every stat. Liar No one accused you of this. Except when Lugo is the better hitter, and you provide the BR.com links. I did, the evidence is right in front of you, you just won't acknowledge it.
  20. Dude, who the f*** even brought up the middle finger? Are you just trying to fit Ted Williams into this topic?
