    I think their just seeing if he can play CF. He may play 2B next year, he may play 3B, and he may play CF.

    Problems arise in those ideas. No one would trade a young CF for Tony Womack, or any low priced one. Duncan doesn't look even close to ready.

    Have you seen him play? He just looks like a star when he moves, he's much faster then Johnny Damon, and has a ton of range. I think it would be better to slide Edgar to third and keep Hanley at SS.

    Probably the first one, because I can prod the White Sox into taking Lowell. If I can get Anderson from the White Sox without giving up Lowell, then I take that deal. If the White Sox deal falls through, I tell the media, the Red Sox don't want to repeat, because of some Latin AA prospect. That should get fans like the immortal yankeehater (like most Red Sox fans are like, not THAT gay, but ignorant about potential) up in a tizzy to demand a trade for Burnett. All I can say is thank god for Theo, who will make the right move.

    He may not only be the worst GM in the history of baseball, but the man has less social skills than a chair. If Theo Epstien were the GM of this team 5 years ago, their would be zero problems at first. Our first basemen would be Mark Teixiera. It's too bad Duquette was in power then

    Dustin Pedoria is the 2B of the future, not your eye candy Hanley Ramriez. My guess is that maybe they are show casing, Hanley at all postions to prove to other teams that he can play there. Or they could be trying to move him, so he can play 3B next year, and Youk at 1st, or in CF next year and Youk at 3rd.

    Yes I watch a lot of baseball, and Bobby Crosby is not faster then Carl Crawford Tony Womack Dave Roberts Juan Pierre Johnny Damon Nook Logan Chone Figgins ETC.. Crosby is fast, but he isn't one of the top 5 in baseball.

    Uhh... Crosby's fast, but he's not one of the top 5 fastest players in baseball. Oh, and just because your fast, that doesn't make you a good defensive player, (Crosby is a better outfielder then Williams though)

    How many of you think Bill Clinton is f***ing Monica Lewinsky again? That doesn't make much sense does it? Neither does this dumbass question. Just face the facts, Giambi's been a good hitter with a good eye. Just feel good for the guy that he got himself together, and hope we can get him out.

    I wouldn't call Arroyo's demise as catastrophic as Williams' or even Bellhorn's. Williams was a great player, one of the main keys to the dynasty back through '96 to '00. Bellhorn really wasn't that important, and Arroyo was the number 5 guy. The Yankees are an average team, with a good offense, and horrible starting pitching. They have nothing else that can replace these players. Bitch about Proctor? Who can replace him? Bitch about Posada? Who replaces him? I understand that you can sit Bernie down, but why throw him under the bus? Doesn't he deserve the same amount of loyalty and respect he's shown to the Yankees? Since I don't personally build the Red Sox, I doesn't really mean that much if we don't win a World Championship. If we do, great I'll love every minute of it. If we don't, it won't bother me as much as it used to. I'm giving the Red Sox their deserved grace period, when it expires, then I'll start second guessing people, but they haven't given me a reason to.

    He's on steriods? Well I don't know, and I don't really care, but just take a look at Giambi's swing in April, and look at it now.

    I said if he were a RED SOX, then the people on YES would be thinking that he's on steriods, and he was hitting for the Red Sox. Good fans would just chalk it up to either a good stretch or a good hitter.

    I'm not insulting you, I'm just saying I don't care that much. I think it's commenable that he was able to pull himself out of the s*** hole he was in.

    So do a lot of teams, I'm not one to blame people, because I've started to adhere to the grace period, but if you want to blame anyone, I'd guess I'd blame Arroyo. I don't really care that we did lose this game, we split against the best team in baseball, in Chicago too. It's one game out of 162, let's not over analyze it.
