My father asked me this before, so I figured I'd ask you. Not including health or all that, as a Sox fan, who do you want playing on your softball team for a Sunday afternoon game. (I'm not going to give you a hard time over today's game, I promise. I can kind of imagine, but not fully. I don't know how it is to be the Red Sox. I'm the other side, and as much as I would like to understand, I cannot empathize. If Pedro didn't hit Sheffield I would feel bad for you guys. I almost do. Vent how you feel about it here)

We'll be back, Jeter's been invisible but A-Rod is turning it around. We'll start hitting, and I'm encouraged by our last few starts excluding Contreras. After the 1st in Chicago, Moose pitched 7 great innings, Brown pitched well after his 1st 2 shaky innings, and Javy was brilliant today. Lineup will turn it around soon. I think it was too early for us to play the Sox and expect to be effective. Usually it takes a month or so for the Yankees to get rolling (not including last year). Look back at the standings in August and September and we'll see who's in 1st.

This won't happen tomorrow I assure you. I'll be there watching, and they know when I'm there. Yanks will win it tomorrow. I keep the faith, we'll still win our 100 games and win the east. If they gave out WS titles for April and May Boston would be the most successful franchise in history. Wait until we start hitting.. a force to be reckoned with.

I went to a Rangers/Leafs game at the Garden the day after Christmas this year, and there were a lot of Leaf fans at the game. At the start the Canadians booed the US Anthem and Chanted "U.S. SUCKS" when Toronto jumped out to a 5-2 lead. (Rangers came back to tie in a great game, we went nuts when the Rangers tied it up, one of the few times we cheered this year, but I digress) It wouldn't shock me to hear that the Hab fans were doing the same, and its classless and retarded. Just figured I would throw my 2 cents in. Pettitte has been my absolute favorite Yankee since the '95 season, and whenever I heard trade rumors with him going to Philly in '99 I think it was, I was 100% against it. I was really worried in the offseason when Georgie was going after Javy and Sheff while neglecting Andy, my worst fear was that it would play out just like that. I understand why Andy left, George treated him like s***. He's big on loyalty, and the Yankees didn't show they cared. We offered more money, so it's not like he was holding out for that either. I hope he does well there. Roger, I understand as well. He's best friends with Pettitte. He thought Andy was going to stay in NY so he retired, when he heard he was pitching in Texas he changed his mind. Clemens called Steinbrenner to thank him for his years in pinstripes (and made him cry), I don't hold anything against him. I wouldn't mind to see him with an NL Cy Young either. When Pettitte left, I was quite pissed, but it was at George, not Andy. (George kinda made up for it with a trade for some guy named Rodriguez, though )

I like how Boone came clean with what he did, not saying he did it washing his truck I would love to see him back in pinstripes to play 2nd. That would give us an all star at every position, right?

That's pretty cool, I really want to visit Fenway one day to see the Sox play the Yanks. Hopefully in the next year or two I'll go up to Boston to see it.
