    Wow back to back triples. I have never seen that before. I'm betting Pokey just doubled his slugging percentage.

    I still love Pedro even if his start hasn't been, well, Pedro-ish. He'll be fine, and I hope we stop him from, dare I say it, becoming a Yank. Tek is obviously important, and we've forgot how good Nomar is because he hasn't played for us this year. We have a tough off season ahead, but I think we'll make out fine and our owners have proved that they aren't afraid to spend money.

    That's really a shame because he was off to a great start. He's a very likeable player, and should be one of the better hitters for years to come.

    Fan voted professional sports allstar games have always had this problem. I remember when Vince Carter of the NBA had not played a game and was the LEAGDING VOTE GETTER. It's based on whom the fans want to see, not who has done the best.

    He was my favorite player when he was on Montreal. Now that he's in the AL, a little harder to root for, but I still really like him. I'm so happy he didn't sell his soul ** cough cough yankees cough cough ** but I wish we had him. Is there anyone else as cool as him lol. He doesn't wear batting gloves, swings at every pitch, runs well, throws freaking 100 mph, and he's under 30.

    Even though Vlad just hurt us, he's got to be one of the most fun players to watch. He just swings as hard as he can at every pitch and a third of the time he hits it well.

    This is possibly one of the cooler stories I've heard in a while. Shows you why going to baseball games and watching TV is good. BTW, Curb Your Enthusiasm is an awesome show.

    I think we've seen a lot of baseball so far, so I wanted to know who you guys think should win the big awards. Here's mine: AL MVP - Manny Ramirez AL CY Young - Curt Schilling AL ROY - Kevin Youkilis NL MVP - Scott Rolen NL CY Young - Randy Johnson (Roger and Schmidt damn close) NL ROY - Chase Utley NOTE: I really wasn't trying pick all Sox, but all these seem like logical choices thus far.

    Now he knows how Pedro has been feeling the last bunch of years. No decisions can really really suck.

    Colon hasn't been great this year, and we've always hit him well. I'm expected something like 6 - 4 Sox.

    I've always thought that Hanley is overrated. Sure he has the tools, but he has done nothing so far at bat, and he is a terrible fielder. To me, potential means nothing compared to what you have done lately.

    This doesn't make sense. Did every team in the American League figure out something that Lowe does that tips his pitches? He might be struggling with control, but he should not be being hit this hard.

    I really liked Griffey when I got to see him more often as a Mariner. With his constant injuries and National League trade, I haven't seen much of him recently. To see him playing well is awesome, and I feel good for one of the clasiest players in the game.
