    I am glad that we ended up not trading for this CHEATER. That was the unclassy thing I have ever seen by a baseball player, at least that I can remember.

    Good point, but against dominant groundball pitchers like Kevin Brown in his prime, it's not frusterating, it's impressive. When Lieber is shutting us down, stranding baserunners every inning, it gets excruciating. A pitcher like Brown didn't let many runners reach base.

    Lieber is SUCH a frusterating pitcher. Lot's of hits allowed, lot's of pitches, lot's of baserunners, but few runs. DURGH!

    I have always liked him, but he has shown me nothing recently. Get Pokey in there, at least he would have beat out that DP.

    Schilling is going to pitch the gutsiest game of his life. My only concern is that he'll be so fired up that he won't be able to last as long as we need him, with our bullpen in such bad shape.

    Ok, stop fretting over last night and worry about tonight. It should be a great game, and I don't think Leiber will be able to hold back our offense. My prediction for today is 7 - 4 Red Sox.
