No I meant that literally, not as in trying to drive a point. As in I literally in the last 90 minutes, I have changed my mind on whether I am happy on Tolle and Early and Dobbins as the back end of our rotation next year.  Im now with Moon where Id like a FA signing.  Push your 3rd starter to 4th, 4th to 5th, 5th to depth and so have you

My bad. I corrected my response. I thought you were referring to the TDL.

I believe most of us want a top-shelf starter signed this off-season.

Yup and for a minute there I was considering going my own path in placing it in the "excess" category, but Im back now.

Boston's third base coach needs to be replaced. Be aggressive with Duran and send him. Very few major league outfielders can throw accurately. He would have made it easy. Cost the team a run. Cost the team a game against Baltimore last month.

That was a very short throw from LF.  A good throw beats Duran.

Yup, the 3rd base coach can't predict whether the throw will be good or bad. If the throw is good, then there will be complaints about why did he send him .

Here's a chance for Tedballgame to jump in and say that Wong should never have gone home on that Bregman grounder.  Tedballgame always gets it right because he has 20-20 hindsight.

I have good 20/20 hindsight when it comes to relievers.

Interesting how quickly Cora pulled the plug on Tolle.  Completely justified, of course, but shows how much Cora wants to win this game.  Plus tomorrow is an off day for entire pitching staff.

Tolle has been hit hard by two hard-hitting teams.  He doesn't have good breaking stuff and his control isn't very good.

His secondary pitches are a mess. He needs more time at Woo.

Not shocking. This has been occurring much too often during the season. That's why I keep harping about timely hitting.

As you should.

Tolle was on a very short leash to begin with, but yeah that isn't a good sign. He needs atleast some sort of plus secondary

Like I posted a few days ago the anticipation of Slaten was better than the actual arrival..

He's a shell of his former self.
